Clients cancelling within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. The photographer will reduce that fee to $15.00 if the client reschedules within two weeks of the original date. In the event of weather related cancellations of outdoor sessions, the fee may be waived at the photographers discretion.
Family emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
In the event of illness of the photographer, an emergency in the photographers family or other unforeseen event, no cancellation fee will be accessed and the session will rescheduled at the earliest available date.
